About Quadra

Quadra Claims Services was founded in 2010. Quadra specialise in providing loss adjusting and specialist claims management services to insurance companies dealing principally in commercial, household and liability insurance claims. From their central Manchester hub and via their nationwide adjuster network, Quadra provide a high quality service that is both professional and friendly.

Where they were

Quadra were a totally new business and had to have a solution in place quickly in order that they could start competing and winning business. From the outset the operation was to be spread over the UK with a claims hub in central Manchester. The team at Quadra were sensitive to the need that whatever solution they selected unlike the claim system they had used previously, it had to be: web based, flexible & easy to configure, generate documentation automatically, permit collaborative working practices and provide high degrees of claim automation.

After extensive due diligence of the claims systems available on the market, Quadra selected Aquarium’s claims management software solution. Not only did Aquarium address effectively each of Quadra’s key needs, it also enabled new and innovative ways of working and at a price that was extremely competitive.

Where they are now

Quadra were able to go live within 4 months from vendor selection. As the solution is totally web-based this vastly simplified roll-out to the adjuster network. And as Aquarium employs the latest Microsoft cloud computing technology Quadra were able to offer their clients new collaborative ways of working with full shared access to each claim file instruction and on-demand bordereaux reporting. Leveraging the power of Aquarium to automate business processes Quadra have been able to manage more claims with fewer and staff and this has helped them to win more business by being able to respond to recent “surge situations” without breaking into a sweat.
